ULSTER KING OF ARMS
APPOINTMENT ANNOUNCED.
(By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright) (Received This Day, 11 a.m.) LONDON, April 11. Mr A. H. S. Howard, Norroy King of Arms, has been appointed Ulster King of Arms, holding the posts jointly. It was previously reported that the post of Ulster King of Arms was being allowed to lapse after the death of the previous holder, Sir Neville Wilkinson.
