METHODIST GUILD
MEETING AT KURIPUNI. At the annual meeting of the Kuripuni Methodist Ladies’ Guild all last year's officers were re-elected. Next month a reunion of old members of the Guild will be held. Competitions resulted as follow: — Buttonhole: Mrs Carr 1, Mrs Whall 2, Mrs Carr 3. Vase of flowers: Mrs Blundell 1, Mrs Carr 2, Miss Burton 3. Best bloom: Mrs Attree 1, Mrs Carr 2, Mrs Carr 3. Spray: Mrs Carr 1, Mrs Allan 2, Miss Burton 3. Posy: Mrs Blundell 1, Mrs Carr 2. Autumn foliage: Mrs Speight 1, Mrs Miller 2. Bowl (decorated): Mrs Carr 1, Mrs Thornton 2.
