SIXTEEN MILLION FOODLESS IN CHINA. - TREMENDOUS RELIEF TASK. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) (Received This Day, 11.30 a.m.) CHUNGKING, April 9. The Central News reports that sixteen million persons are foodless in the famine-stricken Honan Province. Eight hundred thousands people have been moved to Shensi by relief and Government agencies.
