“TAKE A LETTER, DARLING.” “Take a Letter, Darling,” will be finally shown tonight. “WE WERE DANCING.” Tomorrow night’s programme will be headed by the gay and saucy comedy, “We Were Dancing,” one of the best pictures of its kind ever brought to the screen. 'lt abounds with scenes of excellent comedy acted in a manner which will meet with the warm approval of picture • patrons.. Norma Shearer is seen at her best. in a role which provides her with an excellent opportunity to display her acting ability, while Melvyn Douglas has plenty of scope in which to display his talents in a comedy. Gail Patrick, Marjorie Main, Lee Bowman, Alan Mowbray and Reginald Owen are also well j placed. There is a particularly good e supporting programme.
