(Received This Day, 10.40 a.m.) RUGBY, April 4The bombing of Japanese-occupied Kiska, in the Aleutians, eight times in one day, is reported by a United States Navy Department communique, dealing with .operations on April 2. Hits in the target area were observed and all the United States planes returned.
