FOUNDER OF TOCH.

BISHOP NEVILLE TALBOT DEAD. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, April 3. Bishop Neville Talbot, who was the founder of Toe H, died suddenly today. He served as a chaplain (first class) in France from 1914-19 and was Bishop of Pretoria from 1920 to 1933. He wrote numerous books, including “Religion Behind the Front and After the War,” and “The Returning Tide of Faith.”
