MEAT RATIONING
ABOUT TO BE INSTITUTED IN CANADA. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) (Received This Day, 11.0 a.m. ) OTTAWA, April 1. Meat rationing in Canada is beginning early next month, said the Finance Minister (Mr. Ilsley). The ration will be two pound per head weekly. Meatless days will be observed in restaurants and hotels.
