PERSONAL
The interment of the late Mr Frank Tregurtha took place in Masterton this morning. The Ven. Archdeacon E, J. Rich conducted a service at St, Matthew’s Church and also officiated at the Masterton Cemetery. W re aths were sent by the members of the St John Ambulance, Nursing Division; staff of Motor Department, Wright, Stephenson & Co., Ltd.; patients of Ward Six, Masterton Hospital; Masterton Joinery Works; manager and staff of Woolworths, Ltd., Masterton; staff of Messrs Wright, Stephenson & Co., Ltd. The pall-bearers were Messrs A. E. Talton, J. Harris, F. Dohnt and C. Chapman. The funeral of the late Mr John Clark, of Makora Road, Masterton, took place this morning. Mass was celebrated at St. Patrick’s Church by the Rev Dr Gilhooly and the Rev Father Moore conducted the service at the graveside. Among the many floral tributes was a wreath from the manageress and staff of Mackenzie s, Ltd., Masterton. The pall-bearers were Messrs W. Whyte, F. Cairns, J. McKenzie and P. Fly.
