SECRET SESSION
OF THE HOUSE OF COMMONS. (British Official Wireless.) (Received This Day, Noon.) RUGBY, March 31. Following on a sitting of the House of Commons in a secret session, the following statement was issued oq the authority of the Speaker: . “The House met in secret session and heard a statement from Mr Churchill on sittings of the House and debated a consequential motion. A division took place on an amendment, which was defeated.”
