CHURCH SERVICES

_ The Holy Communion will be celebrated in St. Matthew’s Church tomorrow at 8 a.m. and Upper Plain at 9 a.m. Archdeacon Rich will preach both in the morning and evening at St. Matthew’s Church. The Rev. I. C. Edwards will conduct services at the Public Hospital at 3 p.m. and at Kuripuni at 7 p.m. The services at the Masterton Baptist Church tomorrow will be held at 11 a.m. and 7 p.m. The Rev. J. Cummings will take for his subject in the morning “The Gift,” and in the evening “The Great Confession.” A “social hour” will follow in the evening, when a song service will be held in the church hall following supper, to which servicemen are invited. At the Masterton Methodist Church tomorrow the morning service will be conducted by Mr F. H, Parker when the subject will be “The Overwhelmed Spirit.” The evening worship will be conducted by Mr H. Bateup. A social hour for all members of the services will immediately follow the evening service. At the Kuripuni Methodist Church the evening service tomorrow will be conducted by Mr F. H, Parker. Following this service the annual election of church officials will take place.
