This announcement follows the commotion over President Roosevelt’s nomination a number of weeks ago of the Democrat Party organiser, Mr Flynn, to represent the United States in Australia. After discussion on the pros and cons of an accusation of alleged graft some years ago, Mr Flynn announced his withdrawal in order to stop the dispute.
