TOUR OF WAR FRONTS

The Government is sending a delegation of leading Labour officials, industrialists, mayors and governors to tour the battlefronts in Britain, North Africa and Australia. Senator Truman is seeking President Roosevelt’s approval for himself and two other members of the Senate Investigating Committee to accompany the party. The objective, of the tour is to make war workers more conscious of the importance of their part in the success or failure of the fighting forces.
