$ MEETING IN TOKIO. AGREEMENT ON “NEW WORLD ORDER.” (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) NEW YORK, March 23. A Tokio broadcast says that the Board of Information has announced that representatives of Japan, Germany and Italy meeting in Tokio reached full agreement for building a new world order and prosecuting the war jointly. The Domei agency said that observers contrasted the close harmony of Axis aims with the vagueness of the war aims and constant clashing of interests between Britain and America, who had met time and again and. achieved nothing.
