LOSS ANNOUNCED

THE BRITISH DESTROYER LIGHTNING. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) LONDON, March 21. The Admiralty announces the loss of the destroyer Lightning, of 1920 tons. She was completed during the war. Last January, with other destroyers, the Lightning was engaged in operations in the Central Mediterranean, in which 13 enemy vessels were sunk.
