According to the Central News Agency, the Japanese have rounded up all British and Ameri- ' cans still at liberty in Shanghai, of whom 58 were murdered or committed suicide in the week ending on Wednesday last. It is understood that only a portion of the British and Americans in Shanghai were 'imprisoned after Pearl Harbour. There was a second round-up in November and December and now all remaining have been placed in concentration camps.
