SAID TO BE ASSEMBLING NORTH OF NORWAY. SWEDISH AND AMERICAN REPORTS. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) LONDON, March 17. The naval correspondent of the Stockholm newspaper “Allehanda” reports that the entire German high seas fleet, including the battleship Tirpitz, the battle-cruisers Scharnhorst and Gneisenau, and two aircraft-carriers, is at present assembling north of Norway. The United States Director of War Information, Mr Elmer Davis, said in Washington that the German fleet concentrations in Norwegian waters were reported to include the Tirpitz and Scharnhorst and two aircraft-carriers.
