AND REFORM OF FOREIGN SERVICES. COMING DEBATES IN HOUSE OF COMMONS. (British Official Wireless.) (Received This Day, 11.0 a.m.) RUGBY, March 14. The principal debates at the next House of Commons sittings are expected to be on the colonial administration in the West Indies and on Government proposals for the reform of the Foieign Service. These subjects will probably occupy the first and third sittings.
