IN BRITAIN LAST MONTH. 252 PEOPLE DEAD OR MISSING. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, March 13. Civilian casualties in air raids on the United Kingdom in February were 252 killed, or missing, believed killed, and 347 injured and detained in hospital.
