TARANAKI AND FRANKLIN MEETINGS LOCAL HORSES ENGAGED. TOMORROW’S FORM PROSPECTS. At the Taranaki Jockey Club’s meeting at Stratford tomorrow, local horses engaged include Dee Bun (a winner on the first day), Olein (scratched on the first day), The Champ, Home Rule and Gay Fox. With average luck the local representatives should make a satisfactory showing, the fields being of good even quality. The public will probably declare for the following horses:— Okoke Hurdles: Student Prince, Imperium, Acrobat. Awakino Hack Handicap: Lady Bertha, Vera Lynn, Jovial Lass. Mokau Handicap: Frustration, Keen Play, Sunblazp. . Taranaki Stakes: Kindergarten, Clarice, Prince Plato. Paul Memorial Handicap: Jonathan Joe, Dynasty, Yogi. ' Paitutu Juvenile Handicap: Wee Bun, Fort Royal, Etianthus. Urenai Handicap: Koi Ragi, Black Robe, The Champ. Omata Hack Handicap: Olein, Plato Lad, Embroider. FRANKLIN RUNNERS. I Large fields are engaged at the Franklin Racing Club’s autumn meeting at Te Rapa tomorrow. The following are horses which will probably be favoured by the public. Bombay Plate: Abbey King, Vermeer, Verus, Bramble Song. Puni Hurdles: Dusky Morn, Brandon Hall, Bisquit. . ...
