REGENT THEATRE
“ESCAPE FROM HONG KONG.” There will be a double programme at the Regent Theatre tonight. “Escape from Hong Kong” tells a thrilling story dealing with Axis activities and the part the British and Americans took in the operations in the Far East. The chief roles are taken by Leo Carrillo, Andy Devine and Marjorie Lord. The other feature, “Ellery Queen and the Murder Ring,” is a sensational story, in which Ralph Bellamy, Margaret Lindsay and Charles Grapewin, the crime-fighting trio who have contributed to the popular success of the exciting Ellery Queen scries of pictures, are starred again in another outstanding adventure.
