EKETAHUNA

WOMEN’S DIVISION MONTHLY MEETING. ("Times-Age” Special.) At the monthly meeting of the Eketahuna branch of the Women’s Division of the Farmers’ Union, apologies for absence were received from Mesdames George, Fauvel, Peterson, Olsen and Miss Anderson. It has been decided to include regular readings of articles and plays in the programmes of future meetings; also that members bring some patriotic knitting to meetings. A travel talk has been arranged for the next meeting and members were asked, to contribute a household hint. A discussion took place on the advisability of the Women’s Division executive taking up too much time with subjects outside the division’s scope.
