NATIONAL SAVINGS
DEPOSITERS TOTAL 324,000. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, This Day. Last week 62 towns attained their National Savings quotas. Seven of the eighteen provincial centres were successful, namely, Invercargill, Napier, Nelson, New Plymouth, Thames, Wanganui and Wellington. There are now approximately 324,000 National Savings depositors, including 127,000 group contributors, who operate principally by way of regular salary or wage deductions'. ' <
