PETROL RATIONING
RESTRICTIONS IN CANADA. OTTAWA, February 18. Starting on April 1, Canada’s petrol rationing programme restricts non-com-mercial drivers to 40 coupon units yearly, or 120 gallons at the present allowance of three galolns a unit. New curbs are imposed on commercial vehicles.
