MASTERTON EWE FAIR
DECLINE IN PRICES FOR TWO-TOOTHS. The Masterton Ewe Fail* was held today, when 28,000 sheep were offered to a fairly good attendance of buyers. Two-tooths were the first lines to be offered and prices for these showed a decline of 3s to 4s a head as compared with th t e first Masterton ewe fair. Some early prices were:—A/c. Patukawa, 255; a/c. Brancepeth, 21s; a/c. H. J. W. Lord, 24s 3d; a/c. Flat Point, 21s Id; a/c. S. Rayner, 25s 7d. Four and six-tooths on occount Orui made 15s sd.
