SIR HENRY HARWOOD
' PROMOTED TO VICE-ADMIRAL. (British Official Wireless.) (Received This Day, 12.25 p.m.) RUGBY, February 19. Rear Admiral Sir Henry Harwood. Commander-in-Chief in the Levant and lately Commander-in-Chief in the Mediterranean, has been promoted to vice-admiral. He is the hero of the action which resulted in the sinking of the Graf Spec.
