EIGHTEEN PERSONS MISSING. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) (Received This Day, 12.10 p.m.) NEW YORK, February 19. The War Department has announced that an army officer and seventeen other army members and civilians are missing after the crash of a huge transport plane at an unnamed Pacific base on February 7.
