STATE THEATRE

“MY SON, MY SON.” Tonight’s programme will, be headed by an excellent dramatic offering, “My -Son, My Son.” It is a picture which will appeal to patrons on account of the outstanding acting and the “heart tugs” contained therein It is seldom that such a type of picture is seen on the screen, and the scenes are cleverly presented and portrayed by some of the most noted actors and actresses known to the screen world. There is not a dull moment in the picture and dramatic scenes follow in quick succession. Tense episodes provide that expectancy which cinema patrons appreciate. It is a picture which can be thoroughly recommended and which patrons should not miss seeing. The chief roles are excellently portrayed by Madeleine Carroll, Brian Aherne, and Louis Hayward.
