REGENT THEATRE
“AFFECTIONATELY YOURS.” “Affectionate!}' Yours,” a gay, new romantic comedy, headed by the star cast of Merle Oberon. Dennis Morgan and Rita Hayworth, will be shown at the Regent Theatre tonight. With Dennis Morgan in the middle of a triangle completed by the Misses Oberon and Hayworth, the story gets off to an hilarious start. It seems that Dennis, having a wonderful time as a playboy foreign correspondent in Lisbon, Portugal, gets word from New York that his wife, Merle Oberon in the picture, has divorced him and is going to remarry. In spite of his own philandering he is horrified at his wife’s “unfaithfulness” and immediately boards a clipper plane for America, hotly pursued by his girl colleague, played by Rita Hayworth. Then follows the amusing recital of his efforts to win back his wife.
