CONDITION SHOWING SOME DETERIORATION. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) (Received This Day, 9.40 a.m.) BOMBAY, February 15. A medical bulletin states that Gandhi is finding some difficulty in taking water. He was rather restless yesterday and his condition has shown soifle deterioration. The Council of States at New Delhi talked out motions for adjournment relating to Gandhi’s fast. Mr Jinnah (Moslem leader), in a letter to Mr Rajagopalachari, intimated his inability to join the proposed conferences to discuss the situation as the result of Gandhi’s fast and added that the situation was a matter for the Hindi leaders.
