f UNIVERSITY BOAT RACE. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) LONDON, February 13. Oxford University won the second inter-varsity war time boat race, beating Cambridge by two-thirds of a length over a mile and a quarter course on the Thames. The time was 4min. 49secs. The race does not count in the official records.
