EASING OF RESTRICTIONS IN AUSTRALIA. IN ALL AREAS SOUTH OF ROCKHAMPTON. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) (Received This Day, 12.50 p.m.) CANBERRA, This Day. The Defence authorities have decided that masks may be removed from motor-vehicle lights everywhere in Australia south of Rockhampton, Queensland. The authorities have stipulated that lights from motor-ve-hicles must not be shown to seaward and that car owners must keep masks serviceable, for immediate use when directed.
