RESTAURANT IN BRITISH TOWN. MANY KILLED OR WOUNDED. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) LONDON, February 10. A direct hit on a restaurant , caused most of the casualties when a tip-and-run raider bombed the shopping certre in a Home Counties town this afternoon, killing or wounding a large number of people. Rescue squads have been searching for hours after the raid for bodies believed to be under the debris of other buildings.
