HUMAN PACT

4. — ANGLO-SOVIET TREATY. (By Telegraph—Pi-ess Association—Copyright) LONDON, February fi. Sir Archibald Clark Kerr, British Ambassador to Russia, is visiting Britain after five years in Moscow. He said in a broadcast: “The Rusian and British pledge of 20 years’ co-operation in building up a new Europe is a human pact between two peoples. We should be eager to implement it, and do it with heart and soul. I have found an equal desire by the Soviet Union to give the fact full, enduring and ungrudging meaning.”
