FOR TROUBLE IN FRANCE.

NAZIS CREATING LANDWEHR. The Germans are busily creating a Landwehr in France, whose principal task would be to maintain order in France in case of revolt. For the creation of this Landwehr the Germans have had recourse to all Germans at present on French soil who are not in the army. German railway workers in France have been called up for military instruction at Mournelon, near Rheims. The inhabitants of Rheims recently also saw the arrival of a number of German civilians with their baggage. Next day they were walking about the town in military uniforms, but they were old uniforms of the German army.
