MAJOR CHANGES MADE BV MUSSOLINI CIANO & GRANDI DISMISSED. DUCE HIMSELF TAKING OVER FOREIGN AFFAIRS. LONDON, February 5. Mussolini has carried out a major reshuffle of the. Italian Cabinet. One of the principal changes is the dismissal of Mussolini’s son-in-law, Count Ciano, from the post of Foreign Minister. Mussolini is taking over the portfolio himself. He now holds, in addition to the Premiership, the portfolios of War, the Navy, Air, Interior and Foreign Affairs. Amongst other changes, Count Grand!, formerly Ambassador to Britain, has been dismissed from the post of Minister of Justice.
