RED CROSS SHIP
DEPARTURE FROM LISBON FOR AMERICA. TO LOAD RELIEF CARGO FOR EUROPE. (Special Australian Correspondent.) (Received This Day, 12.5 p.m.) RUGBY, February 2. The International Red Cross ship Caritas will leave Lisbon today for America, with a guarantee of safe passage from all belligerents according tc a Zurich message. The Caritas will return at the beginning of March loaded with 4,000 tons of relief goods donated by American and other Red Cross organisations, for distribution in Europe to prisoners of war and civilian internees of all nationalities.
