PUREBRED ROMNEY FLOCK: 1071 m.a. ewes 305 ewe lambs 32 m.a. rams 100 ram lambs The Stud was founded in 1928 with ewes bred by the late P. Mungavin and the trustees of the late T .L. Barnhill, Castlerock. Sires used in the stud have been bred by such well-known breeders as Trustees of the late T. L. Barnhill, H. B. Johnston, W. E .Hunt, J..G. Alexander, W. Gibson and K. Dalziell. Whenever sheep from the stud have been exhibited they have met with great success, and have won numerous championships, first and other awards at Royal and other Shows. The stud has been carefully bred and heavily culled. We can recommend those who are seeking high class Romneys to attend the sale.
