RECOGNITION OF SKILL & efficiency. AWARD OF DECORATIONS. (British Official Wireless.) (Received This Day, 9.40 a.m.) RUGBY, January 29. The skilland efficiency of the Red Army commanders; Marshal Zhukov and Marshal of Artillery Voronov, are recognised by the award to them of the' decoration of the Order of Suvorov of 'the First • Class. The same order has been awarded to a number of Soviet generals' who have distinguished themselves in recent fighting. Among these is Colonel-General Rokossovsky, Commander-in-Chief on the Don front, whose troops have been fighting the encircled Germans in the Stalingrad area, and General Chuykov; commander of the Sixty-Second Army, who repelled the assault upon that city.
