SCHOOL DAZE... ANOTHER dizzy dozen days, and the patter of tiny (and not so tiny) feet about the house will drop considerably in volume. And when it is nearly time for the schoolboy, with shining morning face, to creep, like the snail, unwillingly to school, it is QUITE time for his parents to bestir themselves. Holidays have a deplorable effect on boys’ clothes. Give an ordinary healthy boy a summer holiday and two ounces of leeway, and watch what a beautiful bundle of rags he can manufacture from his last year’s school outfits. ’ You’ve already noticed it? Yes, we thought maybe you would have. School wear isn’t in short supply—YET. We have on our shelves outfits to fit almost any and every boy, and we can supply the uniforms of all Wairarapa schools and colleges, and also those of most well-known colleges throughout New Zealand. But that doesn’t mean parents can skip it in the meantime. Some boys are harder to fit than others. Action NOW is wanted. Don’t leave that 1943 school shopping a moment longer than you can help. Make up your lists, and bring the young chap along to Bullick-B lackmore ’ s On Lower Queen Street, MASTERTON.

“KWIK-TAN" FOR SUN-TAN. Prevents Sunburn and Windburn, and produces “a perfect Sun-tan quickly.” 1/10 per tube. From J. V. Gordon, M.P.S., Chemist, Cosy Theatre Building, Masterton.
