An Indian communique states: “The R.A.F. on Sunday night successfully bombed a Japanese aerodrome at Shevebo, in Burma, 1 and enemy-occupied villages in Akyab Island, and yesterday there were offensive patrols off the Arakan coast, when small shipping was attacked. All our aircraft returned.”
