4 BY AMERICAN CONGRESS. ' INTO COMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) WASHINGTON, January 19. The House has ordered an investigation into the Federal Communications Commission. Representative Cox, moving the resolution, said: “The entire F.C.C. set-up is the nastiest nest of rats in the entire country and of all the bureaucrats who have sought to smear Congress, this May fly is the worst.” He was referring to Mr James Fly, ( chairman of the F.C.C.
