SALE AT TRENTHAM, TWO LOTS BRING 900GNS. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, This Day. At the yearling sales at Trentham yesterday prices did not reach the level of former years, but they were satisfactory, and the top of 900gns. was fetched by two yearlings. The aggregate for the day reaching 20,590gn5., for an average of 223'/2gns. The highest prices were 900gns. for a Battle Song—Chiefava colt, which was purchased by P. Louis, Wellington, and a similar figure for a Lang Bian—Love of Silver colt, which went to S. J. Newlands, Wellington. Among other sales were the following:— On account T. R.
