BEDAUX ARREST
INFORMATION INCOMPLETE IN U.S.A. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) (Received This Day, 11.55 a.m.) WASHINGTON, January 14. The Secretary of State (Mr Cordell Hull) said it was not clear whether Charles Bedaux had been arrested by the Allied military authorities or the French civil authorities. Mr Hull added that one report alleged that Bedaux had traded with the enemy, but no details had been received.
