LONG HUNGER STRIKE
ENDED BY INDIAN PROFESSOR. (By Telegraph—Press Association— Copyright) LONDON, January 13. Professor Bhansali yesterday ended a 63-day last started with the object of forcing the Central Provinces Government to hold an inquiry into allegations of misbehaviour by troops and police at Chimur during the Congress disturbances. Reporting this, the Delhi correspondent of “The Times” says that Bhansali, an accomplished Yogi hungerstriker, previously held the record with a 56-day hunger-strike. His only sustenance in his present fast was almond oil rubbed into the body.
