A “fixed" text concession rate cablegram scheme is now available. A flat rate of 2/6 Is made for each telegram, irrespective of the number of texts (limited to three) which require to be forwarded. The addresses are to be the same as for letters. Folder type cards containing the full list of texts are available to members of the public on application. Cablegrams containing a text other than one of those indicated may still be forwarded by any person who so desires, but the special concession-rate of 2/6 a message will not apply to such telegrams, which mulst be paid for at one of the ordinary commercial rates and the address charged for.
