A SPECIAL RUSSIAN COMMUNIQUE ANNOUNCES THAT KOTELNIKOVO WAS CAPTURED TODAY. A LARGE AMOUNT OF BOOTY INCLUDES SEVENTEEN AIRCRAFT AND A TRAINLOAD OF TANKS. The Russians have driven further into the Ukraine, west and north-west of Ohertkovo, 30 miles north of Millerovo, and have captured the towns of Krizkoie, 17 miles westward of Ohertkovo, Prosiany, 4 miles northward of Krizkoie, and Vysoch'anov, 11 miles northward' of Kantimirovka. An Associated correspondent reports that the Russians south of Stalingrad have driven deeply into the windswept and frozen Kalmuk steppes and captured Kichkino, 42 miles north of Elista.
