FIVE SHARKS IN SYDNEY HARBOUR. SOME ALARMS SOUNDED AT BEACHES. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) (Received This Day, 12.15 p.m.) SYDNEY, This Day.. Three soldiers shot five sharks in Sydney. Harbour. All were grey nurses and were clearly visible on the harbour floor after they had been killed. Record holiday crowds, estimated at 250,000, thronged the Sydney beaches on Monday. At three beaches shark alarms sent surfers from the water.
