MASTERTON SALE LATE RATES FOR FAT SI1EEI?. The Associated Auctioneers report on their weekly stock sale, held at Masterton yesterday, as follows:—A limited yarding of fat sheep realised late rates, fat shorn wethers making 22s and 21s lOd. fat black face 2-tooths 21s 3d. fat ewes Ils Cd, fat and forward 4-tooth wethers 20s to 20s 6d. early shorn 2-tooth wethers 20s sd. 2-tooth wethers 18s Gd, smaller wethers 17s Gd. Fat cows and heifers brought £8 to £9 7s. fat cows £7 2s Gd, £7 15s. forward cows £6 12s 6d. £6 10s, fat cows ex dairy £5 ss, £5 19s. store cows £5 7s, and P.A. cows and calves £7 Ils. Light porkers realised £2, slips 355, and weaners 30s.
