TOWN HALL BIG DOUBLE FEATURE BILL. At the Town Hall tonight there will be a big double feature bill headed by “Sailors on Leave” (a brilliant comedy, featuring William Lundigan and Shirley Ross), and “Desperate Cargo” (a sensational drama in which Ralph Byrd and Carol Hughes are seen at their best). The programme tomorrow night is headed by the exciting drama, “Honky Tonk,’ with Claik Gable providing probably the best dramatic ’■presentation of his career.
