CHRISTMAS PARTY

GATHERING IN SAVAGE CLUB ROOMS; .

An enjoyable Christmas party was held in the Savage Club rooms when Miss Merle Dickson and her elocution and dancing pupils entertained parents and friends. A short programme of items was presented by the children. At the conclusion'of the programme Father Christmas arrived to present the children with gifts from a very attractive Christmas tree. On behalf of the pupils and their parents, Kathleen Wiltshire asked Miss Dickson to accept a gift of appreciation for her work during the year. Afternoon tea was then served, the party concluding with games for the children.
